While visiting family in Charlotte I wanted to have my '2026 Kia Carnival detailed for the return to Jacksonville! I chose to use the services of Red Wagon based on the positive reviews! Had my SUV detailed by Christian, the owner, sometime ago. The "detail" I received was not great and I would have been better off doing it myself. I paid around $200, which I recognize is not a lot for a full detail. I would have been happy to pay more for an actual job well done, but there was no communication about needing more time/money to complete the job. Christian commented that he "spent most of his time on the wheels" as they were covered in brake dust build up, but after moving the vehicle I saw that he had missed spots on the underside of every single wheel which led me to doubt much time had actually been spent there. You can see in the picture below where I swiped my finger through the remaining dirt on the wheel, showing how easily it would have come off if it had been paid any attention. The interior was poorly vacuumed out, with obvious crumbs and debris left in the seats, as well as detail picks left scattered throughout my vehicle. This is was an older vehicle that has wear and tear on it, so I was not expecting it to look brand new, but I was expecting it to at least be properly cleaned. Just had my second vehicle completed by Red Wagon and they did a great job on both vehicles. Have already scheduled to have my last vehicle done by them. 1st vehicle -1986 Corvette 2nd vehicle 1966 Chevelle SS 396 The 3rd vehicle will be a 2015 RAV 4 - Family vehicle which runs great and is in great condition. We had our 2025 Toyota 4Runner polished and Ceramic Coated. The work was excellent and Christian was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Truly less than satisfied I was looking for a professional job and that wasn’t delivered.I would not recommend this company for a ceramic coating I’m highly disappointed even mirrors have water spots on them
